I felt like such an idiot today.....I've been learning French since I was like 10 years old, and I only just realised that deja vu is French :(

Apparently scientists now believe that deja vu is:

When the left/right half of your brain works fatser than the other for a split second, seeing/sensing everything around you first. Then, when the other half catches up, you think 'this is familiar' ;)
