Liverpool are never going to win these tight games if they don't name a recognized striker in thier starting 11 (Kuyt doesn't count). Benitez has lost the plot, he is holding the club back, what other manager would leave Torres and Keane on the bench?! Ridiculous.

And how Lucas gets in the team ahead of Babel is beyond me.

I feel for you Liverpool fans! He's pissing away your title hopes.

Meanwhile in the 'proper league'.....;)

Forest win again. Every away stadium is a fortress for us! Wish we didn't have to play at home at the moment.
Up to 20th we go, well clear of relegation! lol

Here we go. Benitez losing the plot crap. Torres has only just come back from injury and Keane, well let's face it, isn't doing well.

Babel is just as bad as Lucas. This season he hasn't had a good game, he never runs and looks lazy every game.

Man City put in a 100 million bid for Kaka! A lot of money that. I certainly wouldn't want Liverpool paying that for him. He's starting to lose it a bit i think anyway.

Kaka doesn't want to go yet though, so he said anyway in an interview.

RS8MB0R8 01-14-2009 09:58 PM

Personally, I see it like this.

Man City may have the money but the league table doesn't lie and I can't see how one superstar signing lining up alongside a failing, greedy and misdirected fellow Brazilian striker can change the club's fortunes all that much in half a season.

Can anyone imagine Kaka going from being worshipped at AC Milan and a frequent 'world player of the year' contender being reduced to playing championship football against Plymouth on a rainy Friday evening?

I think not.

No, but at the same time... I didn't think Robinho would go. Man City know they have the money but i think they're just putting names together instead of actually making bids. I'm sure a reporter said before that Kaka hasn't even had a bid from anyone for him, so were this "Man City In Talks With Kaka" came from, I don't know.
