What kind of guitar pick-holder does Jon use? (with pics)

I'd like to know if anyone here have ideas about Jon's acoustic guitars' pick-holders?..
Is it "home-made" or commercially available?..
and how does it work (Jon's one)?..

Howcome you posted pictures, where you can't even see the guitar pick? Is that really what Jon looks like? I always did wonder.

No Oli. Pick holders with pics, meaning, there's pics inside so you can see the pick holders. Quink, boi, quink!

The "guitar pick holder" is simple adhesive tape. Nothing special.
