Why was it stopped from Twickenham onwards?

They didn't even include it in MSG (Both Nights). Would've been great for the DVD imo.

I haven't got a clue why they stopped it.

None of the Any Other Day solos have been as good as the O2 show anyway.

So none of the LH shows had the extended solo? I thought that was the main bit in the song(if you know what I mean)?

It was from Southampton from the shows i remember!

they still extended it the solo and gave nearly each band member a solo with Richie playing the basis solo patern imbertween each solo but instead of Jon introducing Richie and Richie letting rip! the song simply ended with no Richie introduction or Improv Richie solo....uuuum...really didnt make the song go out with the same bang it used to!

but i agree! the best ANy Other Day version was when Richie done the whole of the extended solo himself!

Because Jon just couldn't be bothered anymore. At Twickenham he didn't even properly introduce both band members that did their solo's either. There have only been a few good performances of the song, most have been rubbish due to Jon's shit vocals or the solo's being a mess.

What do you mean by Jon's bad vocals? He sounds good IMO
