Who thinks Arena shows would be better?

Who thinks that arena's would be better?!

Less time waiting around, only one shit support band as opposed to two, and a more intimate experience!

I wish they would go back to the arena shows, they would be so much more rockin'!

Don't they do arena shows in the US? Here they can usually fill up stadiums and therefore play less shows to more people.

I see your points for wanting arena shows but I think stadium shows are better for rock. :)

I have always preferred arena shows - the sound is usually better. The weather is also not a factor inside - let it rain all it wants. While I have fond memories of outdoor Bon Jovi concerts (and Bruce concerts), I also have memories of 105 degree weather in Giants Stadium and being soaking wet for entire concerts. Sometimes the wind and rain was so bad the concert itself could hardly be heard (Giants night 1 2003 anybody).

Yes kathleen i was there for Giants 2003 night 1, oh boy, what a washout!! I was soaked through!

Hence why I would love the band to play indoors again in smaller intimate venues!
People say they love the stadiums here in the UK, but they always moan about something
so why not play the arena's, sell them out two or three nights running and give everyone a great time! Thats what its all about eh?!

I'll bet it has something to do with playing - and Jon singing - for 3 nights instead of just one. It would be easier on him to do one night at a huge stadium rather than 3 nights at a smaller arena for the entire tour.

Arenas would be good! Saw them in 2002 at Wembley Arena, it was short... but the atmosphere was electric alot better than a stadium!

I honestly enjoy both types of shows, both in general and for Jovi.
Arena shows are better sound-wise, and often times sightline-wise. However, stadium shows often times have an explosive energy to them that's hard to duplicate indoors.
Though, it's one thing I love about the band's usual US Tour sched. is that there's often chances to attend both types.

Definitely stadium shows for me, no doubt. There's nothing more powerful than the magic of a huge stadium show.
