Ok... First of all we're on the attack, he is off the pitch after getting tackled, sees that we aren't going to stop for him so then he rolls back onto the pitch and the ref blows up. Ok, we're not in the box and he blows up but we were halfway into there half and he stops.

He done nothing but dive all game! He stayed on the floor for about a min or 2 and the ref didn't add it on.

He went down way too easily for Alex's freekick.

The amount of times I screamed at the TV screaming his name for being a cheat is unbelievable.

I would agree and he is renowned for it.

I am fully aware we have a diving tw*t amongst the Old Trafford ranks too but I can say with hand on heart that it annoys the hell out of me when Ronaldo gets decisions go for him when he cheats. It's doubly frustrating actually because when he is genuinely fouled, more times than not, the decision goes against him and United suffer for it.

Drogba always has been and always will be scum and oh, how I laughed when he was sent off in last year's final.

Oh well, Barca will teach Chelsea a lesson in the semis and it will be the sweet smell of irony if the Nou Camp's own resident diver, Lionel Messi, takes a fabricated tumble and ends up 'conning' the penalty that sees them knocked out.

I fancy United's chances if we can notch a couple of goals tomorrow, but against Barca in the final? Not likely! :(

As much as I hate Drogba, he didn't cost you anything last night. You can't honestly say that him rolling back onto the pitch stopped you scoring, can you? I'd blame the referee for stopping play rather than Drogba.

I watched the match from start to finish and have read countless articles and heard numerous pundits talking about the game and not one has mentioned any controversial decisions made. This includes, I might add, Mr Liverpool himself, Jim Beglin who is usually so biased, he may aswell be strutting about the commentary box in a Liverpool shirt, singing You'll Never Walk Alone.

That said, it was a wonderful game for the neutral to watch. Liverpool were incredibly unlucky after all their hard work, but committing numbers forward took its toll at the back in the end.

As for Messi; he's the model professional, I'm not sure I've ever seen him take a dive. The nature of the game is such that you play for a free kick in a dangerous position and go down under the challenge. That isn't diving, it's just clever football and something one of our best players, Arteta, does all the time.

Messi's one of the biggest cheats in the game IMO - you only need to type in "Messi" and "handball" into youtube and take a look at some of his antics. It's sad when such evidently gifted sportsmen/women have to resort to cheating to gain an edge over the opposition.

I was actually shouting at the TV at some of the decisions that went Chelsea's way last night. All players had to do was fall over and the game would be stopped - Chelsea picked up on this very quickly. I've never rated Cantalejo as a good enough referee to officiate games at this level and he didn't help his case in the game last night. One incident stands out a mile to me and that was in the second half where Chelsea hastily lofted a clearance from their box skywards and Anelka slowly backed himself into the Liverpool player (I think it was Alonso) that had taken up position beneath it, fell over and got a free-kick awarded. Alonso had the correct position but because Anelka backed into him and took a tumble, Chelsea relieved the pressure. It was so obvious, it almost happened in slow-motion due to the pause before the ball reached the pitch.

It was like that all night and Drogba was writhing around in apparent agony on a number of occasions and the incident that saw him roll back on to the pitch to get the game stopped should have seen him booked. It was a deliberate attempt to force the situation in Chelsea's favour. Fair enough, you can argue that the ref didn't need to stop the game but it's the intent of Drogba that is the annoying factor here, not the fact that the ref made just another of a number of bad calls.

I am a fan of neither side and as a neutral, I can honestly say that Chelsea had the benefit of about 90% of the contentious decisions yesterday. They disrupted the flow of the game and used that to their advantage. Bad refereeing IMHO.

I hope Arsenal win the Champions League this year. :)

They haven't won a trophy for a few years now, and have a very good young side to work with. They were close to winning the league last season but couldn't hold on so here's to them winning the Champions League.

It was Benayoun who Anelka backed himself into.

Benayoun got a yellow card for it and then 2 mins later, Ivanovic done some bad tackle on Aurelio I think it was and didn't get anything.

Ref was crap!
