SOMETHING 2 BELIEVE IN alec

well i read the post bout alec...the hall of fame thing...well bout my opinion, i don't meant 2 condemn bon jovi or huey...but lets face it...alec was there when the band were in their ups and downs...look at 7800...then, he was also there when the biggest selling album in Mercury Records came out...SWW...and he was there for New Jersey, and Keep the Faith...he was there in the videos...i really feel sad for him 2 be out...i watched a documentary about Bon JOvI lately...and in the interviews, jon did mention that he thinks about alec all the time...and thats why there;s only 4 of them at photo shoots etc...becos jOn said that the door;s always open for alec to return...but i dun think alec will ever return....on the other hand, i do think bout huey as well...i have to thank him for albums like these days, destination, crush and bounce...anyways, it's all up 2 alec...

i think alec coming back or being in the hall of fame is totally an individual opinon...but i think ppl forget that huey was there from the start with the 1st album to present...as i said, every1 has their own opinon, but i would think it would be kinda dissrespectful if either bass player was not put in the hall of fame.

One reason why Jon doesn't replace Alec IS that he wants to come into the Hall of fame with Alec (if it ever comes to this).

Well, hall of fame is five years away for Bon Jovi and a lot of things might change by then. Maybe they won't even get in, not every band does. You have to be influential to get in and I don't know any bands that are influenced by Bon Jovi...

OK I am wrong. It just clicked to me that Poison, Warrant, Slaughter, Winger and many other hair bands are a 99 cent version of Bon Jovi so maybe they did (alongside Motley Crue and Def Leppard) start the 80 metal scene.... Off cours they have (hehehehe)

Alec never really played that much on the records or wrote with the band so I think Huey is the guy to go in the Hall of Fame..

Bottom like Bon Jovi has always been about 5 guys Alec, Jon, Richie, Tico, David.

I wasn't there in the studio. Alec is a great bass player. When I saw them for one song the whole tweeter center went wild. I grew up with the great 5. When they became four it became a bit weird. Alec if you are reading this..LOL. BON JOVI fans will always love you man.
