Expecting a tour starting in '09
 

Hey everyone - I meant to put this note up earlier but I've been traveling on business. I fired a text to someone who tours with the band on New Years eve and the reply I got included the remark "see you next year".

I think that it would be reasonable to speculate that they're planning a tour to start in 2009 (to coincide with the GH2 I would surmise).

I don't want to post the name just in case it would cause any trouble - I'd be happy to share my contact via PM for anyone interested.

I do take this with a grain of salt as he advised me they were looking to return to Australia on the last tour and that didn't materialize.

Still - I'll embrace a little excitement and anticipation for a new tour.

I assume by "last tour" you mean Lost Highway tour. They did come to Australia for that. It was HAND tour that they didn't tour Aust.

Someone has already posted about this, so obviously another thread about it hopefully means that it is getting more and more likely! :D

Yeah but Mikey was told that they were looking to do a second Australian leg which never eventuated.
