One of these days someone is gonna take a sign for Tweeter & The Monkey Man. It will be the best thing that ever did happen.

Hey, the last two days I've just discovered Traveling Wilburys and that's my favourite song of theirs :D

And it would be awesome for ol' Bruce to cover it, not only because of all the reference in it, but also because he'll do a kickass cover anyway :D#

Also - Youngstown played last night? Frickin' awesome! You're bloody lucky Kathleen. Not sure how often that song is played, but it's one of my favourite Springsteen songs and a definte highlight of The Ghost Of Tom Joad.

Also - I've come into some money! So I MAY be able to see Bruce in Glasgow, still more likely to not happen but let's hope - will just have to see how much it'd all come to.

Youngstown is also one my favorites. It's ok on the album but the electric E Street Band version is my favorite. Just like the new electric version of Tom Joad is (in my opinion) far better than what is on the album.

I have always said that Bruce live beats the album tracks hands down any day.

I am still reliving last night's show - that was one for the ages (but then I seem to say that a lot LOL).

I listened to a live electric Atlantic City the other night and I was disappointed, was not happy with it, much preferred it acoustic style.

So I was worried about how Youngstown would sound electric, but just listened to it and it sounded really good :D

Have not yet heard Tom Joad electric, that is also one of my favourite Bruce songs, shall check it at some point soon.

Also, glad you enjoyed yourself :D

Are there any good quality elctric versions of Tom Joad on youtube. As far as I can find the only good quality versions are the ones from the Magic tour with Tom Morello.

Nebraska's a stunning album, isn't it. Beautiful.

Nebraska is a long time favorite of mine. I love that album - acoustic or electric - I'll take it any way I can get it.

Though Born to Run remains at the top of my list as it was the one that really grabbed me and made me a fan way back when.
