Oh and one more thing, the man was steaming. Like litreally, it looked like he was on fire.

Bruce gave his all last night, 80% of the crowd didn't know most of the songs so he had to really work them up, considering the distance the crowd were from the stage it was an even harder job.

He succeeded though :flasings:

Jon was spotted at the side of stage at Bruce's Hyde park show tonight. Rumours of a duet came to nothing though.

I'm not entirely sure I believe that

In other news, I enjoyed the show, although I'm not sure I felt *the magic*. More detailed notes to hopefully come tomorrow

Jon did say at the Wisconsin Summerfest show (last Thursday night) that he and Richie were heading to London after the show in order to mix the new album. It's entirely possible that he stopped by to catch Bruce.

And Paul - no magic? - too bad :(

well i certainly felt the magic, infact i only have three words, In-****ing-Credible:D, i was kinda hoping he'd kick of with london calling and was amazing when he did, i couldnt believe it when he got the jungleland sign out, epic night. Cant wait to get a chance to see em again:D

Very special night in Hyde Park. I had a sneaky suspicion that they would open with London Calling too. Delighted when that one kicked in. Also, for my first Bruce show, I hoped that I would get one of Bobby Jean, Rosalita or Jungleland but didn't particularly fancy my chances. To get all three blew my mind. Honestly one of the best shows I've ever been to.

You got all 3 of those?! WOW! I just got home from my trip to Summerfest and haven't had a chance to check out the setlist on the Bruce site yet. I'm glad it was a great show!

Both festival setlists, especially Hyde Park were spectacular IMHO. I know they weren't real die-hard friendly, but these weren't die-hard shows.
