There ought to be Bounce commercials!

Other than the ones for the fabric softener! I keep seeing Shania Twain commercials. Since Bounce songs are getting no airplay in certain regions, it might help sales if they advertized on network TV.

Depends on what kind... One with the band themselves sitting there advertising there new album? No way in hell. I would probably die if that happened.

The Shania commercials show clips of her video, so it gives a little sample of the music. That's what I was thinking. Definitely NOT Jon and Richie saying, "Buy our new CD. It rocks!!" LOL

Remember "These Days"? I saw commercial for that album constantly for several months after it's release. Not to mention before as well! Why haven't they done the same thing with "Bounce"? Puzzles me... :?

Their marketers have not done their jobs as far as i can tell, even in OZ there has been absolutely no advertising on tv, only on radio.

I agree Becky. They had commercials for OWN. And why does Shania need commercials- she is #1 for the 5th week in a row. I love her CD but you would think the label which is under the same Universal umbrella would want to help the albums that could use more exposure.

Unfortunately it costs money to advertise on TV. And it seems Bon Jovi's record co, dosen't like doing that, unless it's for other artists.
It seems to me that since Def Jam took over from Mercury, they have rather neglected the band. It's quite noticeble in the UK that little or no money is spent on promotion. Where as in the past there was always ads in the newspapers, for single/album releases.
