A poster who still amuses people should not be banned, even if you don't like that specific poster. It's just that he should learn that people who think they need to be funny all the time most of the time aren't funny at all. It'd also be a good thing if he learned how to handle critisism about his "jokes" instead of making more lame jokes about it or just calling people names because it upsets him. If you can't handle it if someone doesn't like your jokes you shouldn't try to be funny either.

It'd also help if he wouldn't be American, but then again, he'd most likely be from Germany and history on this board has tought us that the Germans aren't exactly good with jokes and/or criticism either. :p

But he shouldn't be banned. All this banning stuff people bring up here is not the way Jovitalk should work.
