I might be completely wrong but I thought the test car was a spare. The drivers drive it and tell the crew what they need changing for their own cars. I guess they can't guarantee 100% but do their best. Should be interesting though.

No, don't think they have spare cars anymore. Pretty sure the 'third' or spare car was ditched as part of all the cost-cutting thats been happening over the past couple of years.

Can't wait til next week!!!

Oh I can see that happening. I know they used to and just thought it was still the same. Should be good next week :)

Webber was fastest in first practise :P

If McLaren do well in Australia they were so sandbagging in testing!

No they weren't your just jealous! Should be a good race, Vettel in pole. Will be won on tyre changes though.

Vettel was on another planet today. Heidfeld was epically disappointing, and Webber needs to up his game.

Good to see Petrov up his game, but Massa is still a shadow of his former self. Alonso has destroyed Felipe babys spirit :( Give him the White Visor

Brundle & DC were decent for a first time too, I was suitably impressed.

I am little bit disappointed with Ferrari and Mercedes, but we'll see tomorrow.

Irishshin 03-26-2011 09:36 PM

Very happy with the commentary on BBC :D

Very disappointed with Felipe & Heidfeld.
And no one seems to be able to catch Vettel. How disappointing.
