awful awful song

Calling it an awful song is a bit harsh - while it's by no means one of the best on KTF, I do think it's kinda' sweet - it's not a BAD song. Just eclipsed by the really, really good stuff on that album.

for all the good on KTF theres some cack as well -
I want you, blame it on the love, woman in love are all really poor songs.
I even find Bed Of Roses grating at times - only the solo saves it.

Well, it's funny cos I always loved that song. We even had a request specifically for IWY and Woman In Love at last weekend's gig so they can't be that crap and they're a hell of a lot better than the filler tracks on the recent albums IMO.

Dude, "Blame It On The Love Of Rock & Roll" is great Rolling Stones-like rock'n'roll song. And if you don't like this one, I don't get how can you like "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead"...
Yeah, especially if 90% of recent albums are fillers...

Just gotta say even though it's so short and bad sound I love the arrangement of the acoustic version of I Want You Live... you know whoever they played that for went nuts getting to hear just that little tease of the song...
