Yeah, I'm a bit concerened why the single is out 2 or so months before the album?

Seems a bit strange.

they're maybe looking to release a couple of singles first before bringing out the album??

CANNOT WAIT!! Single at the end of next week here hopefully!! Can't wait for the album!! 2 things to countdown to now!! Got a baby due then aswell!! :D

What with the delay between single and album it actually makes me think that they are actually going to do proper PR for the single and not just half heartly put it out like what was done with MAM.
Also must be a very catchy radio friendly track if they are hoping to get loads of airplay-which I think is a good sign that they are confident that I will do very well

Does no one find this eerily similar to Bounce? Jon said it was a "Jon and Richie album" and a return to the "classic Bon Jovi" sound. However, despite some good songs it wasn't hugely reminiscent of many 'classic' BJ songs. I'm excited about the idea of a 'riff rock record' but don't want to get my hopes up and be disappointed.

It actually reminds me more of HAND than Bounce.

Anyway 2 months lead time is pretty common for a single, at least in the US, especially now that singles drive the marketplace.

I wouldn't be disappointed at all if the rocord sounded like Bounce. To me, that's classic BJ. Too radio friendly to be called pure rock. That's classic BJ, to me.

The only problem with Bounce is that it sucks with the exception of 2-3 songs and it's far from classic Bon Jovi.

Lol, well that's your personal opinion. Bounce isn't my favorite record either, but they have a very original sound, you know it's Bon Jovi immediately.

I don't.

Too many soppy ballads IMO. If we want a rock record, it shouldn't be like Bounce.

Yeah, you're right. Too many ballads.
