Obie said the new release date is November 10th for the album. I read somewhere the release for the new single We Weren't Born to Follow is the end of August (30 or 31st).

Bare in mind, those 16 tracks won't be on the US edition. These will be bonus tracks for UK, Europe, Japan etc...

And if he won't mind that they made 16 tracks on "The Cricle" session. Then it doesn't mean that we will hear all of them.
For Bounce they done 25 songs (or more) and how many we have heard? Not even 20.
For Crush they have made 60 songs and we had heart half of them.

So we will probably get 12 songs in album + 2 bonus for Japan + 1 For Europe and lats song maybe B-side or we'll never hear this one ;P

Hello; I'm new but I've read all the news for weeks on this forum.. Great place for info on our beloved band but..

Some of You guys are just spoiled I think (sorry).. We are given a new bon jovi release basically every 2 years. The band is generous. Somebody mentioned the 90's hiatus.. funny but with this attitude (as we got used for this quite insanefrequency of releases) we all would be already dead by now ! (only think -5 years). So let's all be thankfull to Jon he's such a workaholic.. He obviously doesn't need any more money but I think he loves what he does and he tries to be out there as much as it's possible. Hey.. he and we don't get any younger.. So let's live the moment.

Everybody here.. guys who say about all that anticipation and getting another missunderstood kind of song in the end.. hey ! I don't mind that.. Isn't that a great song in the end ? The band is so versatile. I remember when I first listened to these days. I skipped off school and went to buy it the day it was out.. I was dissapointed with it. I wanted Rock ! More keep the faith's, living on a prayer's - and you know what - today it's the classic for me.. It's so unique, filled with true emotions, with great co-vocals and incredible guitar playing.. it was just too mature for me at that time..

so was.. lost highway. The songs are great (each one almost). I'm proud of my band as it is.

We all have different moments in our lives.. we all need something else at the same moments.. But there's a common ground - after a while and the first shock we almost love all of the songs.
So guys don't be so negative.. I love the tension - and I'll wrap my arms around the new record whatever it's gonna be. I believe in the band and they had never dissapointed me in the end. It was me who wasn't ready for the progress and i had to catch up.

Only one wish.. I want this record to have a monster first single. I want everyone to know that the band is strong and unsunkable.. Remember while i was waiting for crush.. I told people how i wait for and they where like .. what ? bon jovi ? aren't they dead ? Few months later even the kids in the park where playing the scenes from the video and singing "it's my life".

I'm reading further into the name of the album....and after looking at the U2 360 tour I wouldn't be surprised if Bon Jovi were following this with what could be "The Circle Tour". A completely round stage which rotates for crowd viewing.

Am I reading too much into this?

FWIW, I like Misunderstood, especially the single remix. But Bounce could have been a better album if that and about half of the other tracks were taken out and replaced by some of the discarded B-sides.

New album The Circle out November 10. Confirmed by Obie on Friday who also said the new single We Weren't Born to Follow would be out "next week" (which is now this week).

It would be great if this record got a hit single like crush did. Obie seem very confident this time, so who knows =)
