That's good to hear. You can listen to all the negative comments from people here and assume that will be representative of the general reaction to the song but obviously we die hards who post only only represent a miniscule portion of fans so hopefully the wider reception will be positive. I really hope they have a big hit with this song.

I totally agree, I checked out some of the comments on you tube, and again the majority all seem to be positive, I know not every one likes the song but one thing I will say, is that everyone I know who has heard it keeps saying that its a good up beat song that gets stuck in your head so hopefully it will be a hit for the band.

There's nothing special about it or unique or innovative. There's no soaring solo which the song screams for, Jon even screams for it, so because of that it never reaches it's full potential. Tico, Dave, Hugh and Richie are all there in time together but never even begin to show their full talent. It's a far cry from something like Dry County or These Days but as it is it's still good. 7/10.

Where's that super intro? You mean those 3 seconds? :/
Nothing special, unique, innovative, no solo.

And you give it a 7?

Man you guys just cut BJ a lot of slack.

I'm not even getting started on the lyrics.

I think the intro is cool. It's 20 seconds not 3 and the songs just kicks in at a great pace and rocks at the start.

And yeah, musically I don't think it's the best thing they've ever created but as I wrote, it's still very good and the chorus soars, hence a 7. Where's the confusion?

I cut Bon Jovi a lot of slack? Yeah, I have a different opinion to you therefore I cut them a lot of slack. Good argument.

You got to the heart of the matter here.

And you cut them slack because despite this, you are still aching to fawn over the song.

God, I hate it when singles sound fresh and original.

The song just needs a decent solo as the song doesnt really have one.
shame
