I think it's the recording from VH 1 All Star Garage band that was also shown on VH 1 a few years back (1997 or 1998 not sure at the moment). It was a concert with several artists incl. Richie. Richie sang Get Back and another song together with Melissa Etheridge, but here only a small part and background.
