Problems with the password
 

Hi!

recently I've received an email from bonjovi@support.sparkart.com with title Backstage JBJ: Your NEW password.

However, I can only read/see the following?

MIME message decoding error: unexpected decoded message part type MessageEnd in state 1

Can any one advice me how can I read this mail or what to do with that? I tried to write back to the e-mail address I've received the message from, but with no answer.

Just want to have access in case the tickets go on sale.

No, you can't read this mail. There are several errors on the site of Backstage, some links don't work etcetera. Send an e-mail to here: bonjovi@support.sparkart.com in case you have a question. You should have an answer within 2 days.
