My 02 passcode doesn't work?
 

Has anybody else had a problem with Ticketmaster telling them that their 02 passcode isn't in the system? Or have I just missed the presale completely?

yes , you need to get them to reset your password , just put your number in on the website it will give you a new code

Did you type the latter in uppercase? Thats how mine didnt work first time

Are you using the right one? I got a different code to register with o2 blueroom than the 1 to get in on the BJ pre-sale.

Yeah, I've tried both of those codes and neither of them work

Aha, I have sorted it now, my phone has been playing up and I couldn't see that there was a J in front of the number 8)

How do I buy the tickets then please?
