Philly Show and Decent Cheap Hotels

I am contemplating trying to get tickets for at least one show. My question is about the Wachovia Center.Where would a decent seat be located?I don't want to spend too much. What would be a cheap hotel near the Philly Amtrek station. How far is the arena from Market Street.I was only their once by myself. Thanks.

The Wachovia Center is your standard arena. It seats about 19-20,000 depending on the set up of the stage. I guess it somewhat depends on personal preference but the floor is just like your average floor, as is section seats and nose bleeds. I saw a concert once from a box and that was pretty awesome but the ticket price was standard no matter where you sat. Bon Jovi will not be the same.

I don't know if I can answer the question about a decent hotel because I go home as it's a very short commute for me to the Wachovia Center. I do know that there are plenty of hotels around the area. Here's a quick search I did on yahoo: http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=...oA&sac=1&sao=1

Yeah, I love going to shows in Philly especially Bon Jovi shows. Have a great time! Let me know if you have any further questions and I'd be happy to help. Now all I gotta figure out is if I can make the shows
