Not sure what song it is and it's definitely not Jon singing.

but it is a very catchy song, i put some of the lyrics into google but it didnt get me anywhere.

It says in the comments, that it's Gabriel Marian, the former singer of argentinian heavy metal band Rata Blanca, and he wrote this song especially for this commercial using the melody of Santa Fe. The song's title is I can't feel this anymore. And he is a jovi fan and plays jovi songs at his gigs.
