Is this true that Bon Jovi will performing on 15. November 2009 a new Song from the forthcoming Greatest Hits 2 Album at the Halftime on the NFL Game: Indianapolis Colts - New England Patriots :confused:

Anyone know if this is true? I'd like to record the game if it is.

I'm gonna record the game anyway - and I don't even like football (American or European version)

LOL And since I LOVE (American) football, I'd be watching whether Jovi were appearing at halftime or not. But it isn't a bad little bonus! :D

So guys, I did some detective work. This is the Sunday Night football game, which of course is broadcast by NBC. Bon Jovi is, of course, NBC's lapdog for the next month or so... so now it makes sense why this is coming out of nowhere (bands generally don't perform at halftime of NFL games sans the season opener and the Super Bowl); NBC probably arranged with the NFL to let them do this to promote their 'artist in residence'. I also highly doubt they'd waste the time to come out and play just one song, so it's entirely possible we might get a mini-set... if this indeed happening. If it is, let's hope they put on a good show; plenty of people (and a lot of male fans who probably scoff at the band) will be watching; could be a good opportunity to open eyes.

either that or they will use the record as backing track.. this has happened before...

Its being aired live on UK tv Ch 5 late Sunday, Im going to record it anyway to watch next day.

'This Is Our House'?

I'm pretty sure they aren't performing at all, they are just going to play This is Our House during the broadcast as bumpers in and out of commerical breaks or something like that.
