Anyone see it at about half eight or something this morning? Jon has literally overnight started to know the song and properly handle it. I was so pleased to hear him get on top of the song with ease.

This is how i rate the performances i have seen so far:

Meadow U.S.A 22/10 - UTTER SHITE
X Factor - O.K (probably because he tried so hard)
Lottery - Good
GMTV - Excellent

It's still not perfect, though.

It's not just him who need to be trying, it's the rest of the band. None of them are actually playing, it's just a backing track, so they need to practise too because they shouldn't be playing to a backing track at gigs.

100% agree with you and i am aware of that.

i just think its important that jon gets it right though because he is what people see as 'bon jovi' whether we like it or not.

Personally, i think they're afraid that since they haven't rehearsed the song fully, that if Jon just sings and the band plays live that it wouldn't be good promotion. I hear them though, the 100% live version of that song just lacks any punch whatsoever. Hopefully they find a way to play it live and make it sound better than what it is soon.
