Have A Nice Day/Bullet

Okay, this may have been pointed out already, but it's a luxury for me being here at the moment. My JoviTalk is well and truly hammered. :)

Anyway, does anyone else see a similarity or even copy of the 'Have A Nice Day' solo in the 'Bullet' solo? Wondering as it may just be.

The guitar phrasing for part of the solo is identical but he uses it a lot on other tracks as well. It's one of his signature guitar licks. ;)
