Rock Circus London

Is the statue of Jon Bon Jovi made of wax on the Rock circus museum in London?
Or where can I find it in London?
Is the Rock circus museum closed in London?

It was there in the early 90s. I don't think Jon is there anymore. Last time I was in London the Rock Circus was still open, not sure now.
