Are there no Ozzie members who think it's amazing that Darren Middleton a) Carried out an interview with Richie and b) wants to jam and write songs together!?

Imagine Richie's third solo album with a Powdefinger sounding gloss? Do you think Richie even knows who Powderfinger are?

I for one would absoutely love for Richie to work with Darren Middleton or Powderfinger respectively.

Who knows, Richie might actually have heard of Powderfinger. Having performed with Jimmy Barnes and having recorded with Shannon Noll, he might have picked up some knowledge of the Aussi rock music scene. He has mentioned Jet in several interviews too.

I gotta say, anyone who reads this and still insists it's Jon holding Richie back from "rock" is mistaken.
