Been recently watching a lot of Bon Jovi stuff from the New Jersey Tour and noticed alot in preformances of BTBMB after the Harmonica Jon would sing some extra lyrics!! Anybody knows what he says??

No, seriously. Those lyrics were probably improved (once upon a time...a long time ago...Jon knew how to do that...), so consequently they were slightly different from concert to concert. Tell us at least what show you are referring to.

OH MY GOD HOW I LOVE THE HARMONICA ON THIS!!!!!! Okay I have a NJ tour bootleg which I don't know the exact show it's from sorry, but on this boot he sings:

You'll understand, take my hand, I'll give you something to hold on to (band is doing the nanana's in the background during this and Jon is singing over them)

Oh my god I'd LOVE to hear this.

That's what he did on every show from summer '89 till the end of the tour. This what he did right after the chorus. He continued with some lyrics which changed from concert to concert. This was done Rotterdam 89, in London 90 he sing "to understand" instead of "to be your friend".
In Rotterdam he continued with something like "..to understand, to hold my hand..." and I don't understand it further.
Then comes the harmonica solo and after that he sings something at the very end:" you'll be forever in my heart, till the day that I die,.. promise now, forever always, baby, to be mine"
It's not accurate but I did my best with my English.

I love those very very cool versions of this songs from the holy Jersey tour :D
