Couple of interesting facts you may not know

I received the 2010 calendar from bonjovi.com today. It's filled with "facts" about the band. Here are a couple interesting ones I bet you didn't know:

Bon Jovi's 1st album was released on January 21, 1885.
Bon Jovi played at the "Moskow" Peace Festival in 1989

Probably knocked together by some kid in a thrid world country for cheap labour so the band can screw as much profit as they can out of it. You'd at least think someone from the band's management team would have checked it first. If I were you I'd send it back and demand a refund.

Neh, I only paid $10 for it. Just goes to show how lame-ass their website and merchandising department is.

The original recording of These Days is from 1985. This is printed on the back cover of a pressing of the These Days remaster. It's not just their merchandising store, it's the Bon Jovi camp itself that's faulty. T-shirts for the European tour often contain typo's in venues or cities and this most of the time has got something to do with Americans not having any clue of what Moskow actually is.

It's probably one of Jon's incompetent friends (someone like Obie) who's hired for the job to overlook these sort of things.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

They're on the bottom of each month. It's random. Some months have 1, others have 3 or 4. It's so unprofessional it's embarassing.

And Jersey tour lasted from October 10, 1998 to February 17, 1990. To those who don't know - it was from October 30, 1988 to February 17, 1990.

I think there are some other mistakes.

So the shows in Japan in early 1991 doesn't count as being from the New Jersey tour?

I noticed that too, but wasn't 100% sure about it.
