Access To Ticketnet.fr
 

I decided to star this thread because it's really important.
Some days ago I was able to access to ticketnet.fr without any problems.
I spent my time looking at the website but today when I access to ticketnet.fr cliking on the main website where it is says in French: access to ticketnet.fr the site opened but it isn't the same site as it was before.
There's no way to look for an avent and there's no way to translate the site in English by using the English flag that it used to appear before.
Anyone knows what happens there?
I want to access the website.
Help me please.
Here you can post too everything about Ticketnet.fr. your experiences, if you have bought tickets for Bon Jovi in Paris in this site, do you know if they send your tickets or if you have to pick it up at the venue buying with ticketnet.fr?

I'd be glad to help but I really don't understand why you have so much problems buying your VIP package.

You said that GDP answered you, and from what I know, they sell the VIP package on their website. So why don't you buy it there and ask your questions directly to the production?

It's 299 euro and you have to book the package by sending an email to vip_bonjovi@gdp.fr with your full name, address, phone and email address.
You can pay by credit card. Then you'll receive a confirmation by email. You'll get your package on your arrival by presenting your email confirmation and an ID.

And about ticketnet.fr , I have no problem to get access to the english version of the website : http://www.ticketnet.fr/shop/en/mani...4&idtier=78768 but I don't see the VIP package here...

Well they didn't answered everything I asked for.
I think that only GDP sell the VIP package not ticketnet.

Yes, Gerard Drouot Production's website is the only place you can buy the VIP package. Bercy's website doesn't sell it, neither does ticketnet.fr

And yes it's _ between vip and bonjovi in the email address
