More Festivals???

Hi guys,

With the recent confirmed shows in Madrid and the Netherlands Festivals, do you believe BJ will keep adding festivals to their 2010 European itenerary?

I was thinking of Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park for instance would be a massive end to their residency at the O2. On the other hand, it doesn't make much sence the band playing a festival in the same city they already have a 10 dates booked.

Download Festival on June, 12th is another possibility, although I don't think it is likely for the band to play 4 shows in a row;

How about Glastonbury, do you think is likely?
Other possibilities around Europe?

Cheers

They have billed the O2 dates as the only UK shows for 2010.

They had billed the O2 dates as the only European dates. It's just marketing and doesn't mean anything.

I can catagorically tell you BJ won't be playing Download.

With AC/DC now headlining Download it's pretty much out of the question if Bon Jovi will be there as well.

I wish they would play really as I think it'd be ace. However, in December I was lucky enough to be speaking to guy who runs Download and he told me then who the main headliners for 2010 are. And Bon Jovi ain't one of them.

I know some headliners have already been announced for some of these festivals. But aren't this 2 or 3 day festivals? For instance Hyde Park Calling last year had The Killers, Neil Young and Springsteen as headliners, while Download was headlined by Faith No More/Korn, Slipknot(Marylin Manson and Def Leppard/Whitesnake.

I think as ACDC will headline on the 11th, Bon Jovi could play on the 12th - although as I said, it's not likely since they would play 4 nights in a row.

As to the Hard Rock Calling, Pearl Jam will headline on the 25th, BJ could play on the 26th or 27th, after the now official last O2 gig.

Do you think there's any chance of BJ playing one of this (or other) Festival?
In a way it could be the perfect finalle for the residency.

I hope they will do something in Germany... I want to see them :) and July would be the best.
