See Tickets

I know there's a telephone number so that the people who live outside the UK can speak to See Tickets.
There's an answer machine so has anyone outside the UK phoned them and knows how to speak with a person by phone, not with an answer machine?

I wish you luck, but See Tickets are an awful company. I bought tickets for Bob Dylan at Edinburgh in 2008 and they left me a voicemail (because when they phoned I was en route to Australia for 2 weeks) telling me they had to move my seats further back in the venue (no explanation or apology, I got up early on a friday morning to book decent seats). I tried to call back but because of the time difference couldn't get through. And what did they do? Resold my seats and gave me back what I paid without warning.... so I missed the concert.

Maybe it would be easier if I write to them.
Please, I need your help, it's urgent.
Do you know where I should write to them?

This should work - 00441159129000 (cheaper than the 0845 number they want you to dial, goes to the same place).

SeeTickets were bought out by TicketMaster about 2 years ago....
They are the "Sky" of the ticketing world!

If its automated try just holding down 0 to bypass the automated system, works on some automated lines

Normally if you don't give a response to the automated line it will offer you the chance to speak to a customer services rep.

That answering machine doesn't give you that option
