Hey everyone,I wonder if anyone can help me.
I ordered 2 tickets for the Hyde PArk gig in November from ticketmaster.co.uk and got an e-mail confirmation. It also went through on my credit card. However,I have'nt got them yet! Has this happened to anyone else? Should I call them?

You won't receive the tickets till a couple of months before the concert. This applies to all UK concerts and is because they're specially printed - with pictures on them etc.

tickets won't be sent out 'til nearer the date of the concert, for the one wild night tour i got mine about two weeks before.

Sometimes you even don't get them until the day of the concert. I happened in the past that you got to pick them up at the box office at the stadium.
