That's what we thought until we got there.
Row E in A3 only has 9 seats, so I would assume the same in A1.

I have block a1 row E :).
But i must be there 3 hours before the show, and i land Stansted 4 a clock so i hope i will be there in 1 hour? what do you think?

I think the bit about collection from 3 hours before means that's the EARLIEST you can collect.
The Arena doors aren't open until 6.30, so I would imagine what they mean is that the earliest you can collect is 3.30pm

why 3 hours?

site says:You may collect tickets up to 3 hours before the show starts.

this means earliest can be collected i think not you have to collect 3 hours before show?

can some one confirm?
