Melbourne My Ticketmaster BJ presale debacle - FYI
 

For future reference, for those who don't know this, and I didn't til this morning...if you are a member of TM and waiting on a presale password that never comes [even tho it should], go to their FAQ area on their site and follow the link about not getting the password...it will direct you to 'click here' for ALL the passwords. My eldest daughter was all prepared this am for the Melb presale for Ticketmaster members but never received the password...nor did I through my account...nor did several mates of mine...after stuff arsing about for nearly an hour, she was in the end only able to bring up one ticket here and there, but needed to buy 3...now she waits for the General sale on Thurs and crosses her fingers.

Don't apologise mate...you weren't to know. Have emailed TM about this crap...not that they will give a stuff. My daughter should have had a decent shot, like anyone else who is a TM member. This ain't the first time...LH tour here, TM did the same crap...we ended up with tix for that gig only because we were given the password for The Fremantle Dockers presale.

I have had this same issue before. I rang them once and they were not going to tell me the password as it was some highly guarded secret lol
Eventually they did, but if you sign up you should just get it sent.

Precious aren't they...considering you can actually go on the web site, go to FAQ and find every password there anyway...wankers.

I'm a TM member and didn't get the password for Perth either:confused: but I'd already got a ticket through the stadium members presale.

Well...at least you got that :) ...tho have to say, I am effing sick of all these effing presales to this mob and that mob and every other Tom, Dick and Harry mob - just means that when general sales happen there is eff all left of any decent value.....but like I said up top...next time, no matter who the artist is, just hop on their website and head to FAQ for the password/s...oh, and make sure you are a TM member for at least 2 weeks prior to any TM presales too.

Oh I got the password emailed to me?... and I didnt need it considering I already got tickets. The password I received was Faith

Dont know abouy Australia but in the US most
tkts you get in presale from American Express
are not that good seats best seats u pick up on TM few days from the show
