Some guy from backstage got a message from his wife who was at the Regina show saying "They did This is Our House and shot the video!!!"

He also said something about it being used for the Saskatchewan Roughriders (some sports team).

It was done after Keep the Faith/before Wanted Dead or Alive... apparently.

Interested to hear more news on this as the show ends.

I asked...

"So is it the official music video of the song or just something for the sports team? Did they actually perform the song?"

and he replied...

"I am not sure. I just texted them to find out but they will be on their way out of the stadium now. I will post as soon as I get a reply"

"Yes, it is the official video. They performed it twice for the shoot. Kristen says she thinks he said it would be out by Xmas, but not to quote her on that part."

:eek: So it is going to be on the greatest hits and it is going to be a single... a few people wont be happy on that!... Im not sure what to make of it. I like the song but not sure if it is single material... it's like if We Got it Goin on was released as a single. Hmmm

Leading off the GH with "This is our house"? Oy vey. It's happening all over again. After These Days and Destination Anywhere tanked in the US, we got Crush. The Circle tanks and we get THIS. I really thought The Circle was a smart, adult album. Jon knows it wasn't accepted so we get a bunch of silly rhymes as a single. Yes, I'm the guy who was just defending the song to heaven. But as a single? Bad move.

I quite like it as a party song, and the fact it reminds me of the start of a concert :)

But as lead single of the greatest hits showcasing the best of the band??

Yeah, a bit bland. I don't mind it being one of the 5 new tracks for the sake of being a fun track, but for a lead single it's really too cheap. Seems to be just verse/chorus/verse/chorus/end:

Well, something's not right. Here's another thought: for starters – why shoot the Greatest Hits lead off video in Regina of all places? When they just did two nights in Toronto and are about to do another two in Chicago? Weird.
