I don't what the conception should be..
First disc - Greatest Hits (well that's Crossroad plus IML :D ) so there should be Bed Of Roses and KTF.
Second disc -fan favourites?? All of them apart from BOB are singles again. I'm not trying to say that fan favourites can't be singles but I've expected simething like Just Older, Wild In The Streets, Blood On Blood etc...

There is something just wrong about it all. The best, imo, would be to make Ultimate GH with first dics being Crossroad and second disc 11 songs 1995 - 2010 plus four new, with the option to buy the second disc separately. I'd also go for some kind of boxset with a third CD of fan favourites, live cuts or b-sides and a dvd with all videoclips.

I think it was released in Europe, I only saw it on spotify under the new music section. Who knows, never heard it on the radio. But yeah, lack of promotion seem to be a key word when it comes to Bon Jovi.

When We Were Beautiful was released as an iTunes single in the USA, then later as a radio single worldwide. It went nowhere because they didn't do any promo for it.

Salaam Aleikum,

All the more reason it's laughable the WWWB was included in the GH package as a fan favorite no less.

Mind you, they've included WWB!

My mistake. Without taking in the tracklisting for the second disc, I was just classing them as 'fan favourites' that weren't necesarilly singles.

It doesn't seem like anybody's complaining that ISWID isn't on the GH except for in Japan. I thought that the band thought it was like the pinnacle fan favorite. They've played it at nearly every single concert (promo and tour) for 18 years. It's a nice song, but it's just WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to overplayed. The only great live version I've found was on KTF special edition.

I think it's a missed opportunity on the 2nd disk if they really did intend it be a "fan favorites" disk. I would guess that most fans(especially fans on here) actually prefer some of the deeper album cuts to the singles (ie. Something to Believe In, Damned, Dry County, etc). Personally I much prefer "Blood on Blood"(which I realize is on there) to say... "Bad Medicine". The album tracks often show a different side to the band.

As fans, we already have those songs. So it seems like an opportunity to highlight songs that we love, that potential new buyers might never have heard, and show them the other side to the band.. but instead, it seems for the most part it's a rehash of singles most people have probably already heard.
