Back in America next February

According to a message from Jon on Facebook, the band will be hitting America again next February. I wonder if they'll be hitting different spots that they don't hit much, like football stadiums. Maybe they will do 1 stadium show in the south instead of multiple arena shows, thus making more room for dates for all y'all UK'ers who are desperate for a stadium leg.

In the same video, Jon says that WDYG is doing "well."

I meant down in the south (Texas, Florida, etc.). Not in the North. Not like in Minnesota and Michigan and North Dakota. There they can do arena shows.

I doubt it will be any different of a setup than the last 5 times:
US Arenas: February-Late April
European Tour: Late May-June
US Arenas/Stadiums: July-Early August

Maybe they'll extend it past that, but I don't see them changing the usual itinerary.

Don't bet on outdoor stadiums in the south then either. The weather is just too unpredictable. I really can't imagine them selling out the big domes down here either, so I'd expect that we'll have arena shows again. Since they already played the arena in downtown Atlanta on the first leg, maybe they'll play the suburban one on the second. They played there on the HAND tour when I was not yet tuned in.

There was some interview (can't recall which one right now) that said the tour wasn't going to end until November, but I think the general plan will be the same.

I don't know. I guess that just the thought of having them visit the same spots just a year after they did before kinda seems nostalgic. I don't know if the casuals they drew before would want to see them again that soon. That's why I think they should do some different spots. I know they didn't do Houston last leg, so maybe there. Also, they didn't do places like Portland or St. Louis. There's gotta be Bon Jovi fans somewhere in those cities.

I didn't say it would be all the SAME arenas, but I still think it will be arenas. I'll be very surprised if they try to do stadiums in the south - indoor or outdoor ones. I think it's very likely that they'll hit some different cities when there's a viable option (like Greensboro instead of Charlotte). Jon already said in a phoner earlier this year that they were stopping in Portland. St. Louis - I don't know about that one. They haven't played there in years for some reason.

Oh, I get what you're saying. Like playing Minneapolis instead of St. Paul, or Miami instead of Ft. Lauderdale.

I wonder why they wouldn't do St. Louis. There is some crime problems, though. They do have an arena, but it would be cool if they set up their stage right under the arch. That would be something interesting. And they could have Richie shredding at the top of it.

What do you guys think the likelihood of Chicago being hit one more time before the tour is over is? I personally think they may do one more at Soldier Field next summer but im just curious what you guys think??
