Video from the same night. Richie's talkbox broke in the middle of the first verse of Livin' on a Prayer. He did cover nicely, though.

Richie forgot to bring one.

Remember the talkbox breaking during IML at MK night 1 in 2006. Jon wasnt best pleased with Richie over it either :rolleyes:

JON wasn't pleased ? now that's rather funny. Jon's supposed to be the CEO of the Bon Jovi Enterprise isn't he ? How come Richie doesn't have 1 or even 2 spare talkboxes ready just in case ? it's not like they can't afford it ! A talkbox is not that expensive anyway (thinking of getting one for christmas actually :D ) and moreover, if it happened in 2000, how can it happen again in 2006 in a STADIUM ? go f**k yourself John Francis.

OMG I remember that .. Jon was so mad .... because the talkbox was not working .. he showed to Richie the stinky eyes big time but well what was Richie supposed to do ?? it was definitely NOT Richie's fault ... if Jon's guitar has an issue it's not Jon's fault but the guitar tech 's fault but for Richie it's not that way .....

the issue with that is that richie doesn't react like he should replying to jon stinky eyes with richie stinky eyes ... when jon is mad to richie, richie vanishes .. that's maybe not the right thing to do

I think it sounds really cool. The talkbox should break more often :-)
