A&E Private Sessions coming up
 

I heard about the band being in this show, but at the time it seemed to be a bit of confusion, if the show the did for the radio station was it, or it was filmed prior, etc... (honestly I didn't pay much attention).

Well, it seems that it will be on soon, BUT no date at their site, does anyone remember when it was rumored to be on?

There was a "Biography" that aired on A&E a few years back, and it said it was just on Jon Bon Jovi. However, the band was quite a few parts in it. The beginnings, like from Jon's birth to the time of the band's formation, was all about Jon. But when they got around to talking about the first album, they had Richie and Tico and Dave on there.

That could be why it just says "Jon Bon Jovi." I'm sure Jon doesn't mind.

Anyway, I just looked it up. They will be on the show on November 14. So it's just 5 days after the GH release here in the States.

you are right the biography was about jon but the private sessions is not jon bon jovi ... it's annoying .. when it is seen as just jon business

I had to smile at your comment of "I'm sure Jon doesn't mind". I bet he doesn't, LOL. I know it's his band, but although I am getting old and my memory is failing me, I don't recall in the early years, so much "me" "I" "my" coming from Jon, as recently. A lot of fans get outraged when people in general refer to the band as if it's Jon only, but then Jon comes across sometimes as he is the only one, and the rest of the guys are well, as we know for a fact his employees, then the situation is not that important, because he is the boss, he can of course talk that way. Still because IMHO Jon by himself wouldn't be who he is today, bugs me a little when he does it.

I am pretty sure someone will come to his defense, LOL

Of course Jon doesn't mind he made it this way ... he is against it in a very politically correct attitude when asked (we are a band ) but he is encouraging ppl to mention him instead of the band behind the scene....
I recall a bon jovi tv about HAND in the making they went to NYC I think for the mixing and the pro engineer interviewed during the BJTV said without thinking very naturally *JON'S RECORD* (we have just finished the mixing of jon's album) he never said even once anything about the band it was all the way JON , JON , JON and it was a man working with the band as a mixing engineer ... pro there are aware it is all about JON 's business , Jon 's music , Jon's money and Jon's ego


that lil bjtv was very interesting to notice what is the real atmosphere ...bon jovi on a business OR professional level behind the scene it's is JON ONLY JON especially in the usa (in japan lol not at all over there even HUEY exists!!)
I am sure someone will come to defend him too ;)
but there is virtually NOTHING to defend it's factual

As per Lynn Hoffman on Twitter who does the show it will be Nov 14 9 AM on East Coast
As per her she will put few clips on her site before the show

If you look at the documenatry WWWB it is more towards Jon bon jovi than the band I would say about 75% towards JBJ and10% other members talking about JBJ and 15% about other members
