That's the date the Greek concert will be announced. I guess they will also make the announcement for the rest of the dates in Europe.

There's already an ad in Greece from the promoter that he will anounce a major band that has never played in Greece before on October 27th. Everybody knows it's Jovi. I guess they have to wait until the 27th because that's when they will anounce the European tour.
