BS Ticket WillCall pickup
 

Hi,

I just purchased my tickets for Munich 2011 via BS, it says that the tickets need to be picked up directly at the venue.

When does willcall desk for BS tickets usually open, will there be a specific "Fanclub Ticket"-desk?

Yes there is a special desk where you can pick your tickets up. At least there was one during the LH tour.

You should get an email closer to the show telling you where to pick up tickets. The FC usually has a tent near one entrance.

You'll get an email 2 or 3 days before show. Or you can always email customer support (might take a while to get back to you). You have plenty of time.

Theres usually a separate fanclub que near a specific entrance with the tent opposite, all runs smoothly just make sure you have ID!
