Buying tickets - choosing country
 

Hey!

I've got a question regarding buying process of the fanclub tickets. I have a valid membership but when I try to buy the ticket, my country (which is properly posted in the fanclub account details) does not show up in the Address Book box at the Shipping stage window. I cannot also choose it from the list on the right - not all countries are listed (for example Portugal and Poland are not there). May this be a problem with the purchase? I mean, is it possible that I will not be handed the ticets at the Will Call when I arrive?

How about asking the question on Backstage????

As far as I know all BS tickets you pick up at the venue and need proof of ID.

I'm in Portugal and have the exact same problem. Emailed Backstage 4 days ago... no answer still.

How someone from for example Czech Republic, ROmania, Poland, Portugal or Croatia can buy the VIP package via the BJ website as there are no such countries listed? Where will the merchendise go to? Will such person be able to collect the ticket? What is wrong with that...?
