FC question

Just renewed my membership to the FC, the online only package. Yet I paid $2.95 shipping costs and got the following message; "As a Backstage JBJ - Online Only member you'll receive a membership package, which shall be sent to:"
What membership package are they talking about? Last year didn't get anything.

Membership card? Why didn't I receive that last year? Will it be necessary to pick my tickets at the venue for example?

I sure don't think so Irini. I was mailed a membership card last year with the online option and I never needed it to pick up a ticket at any show this past summer. Picking up fanclub tickets required a valid ID and your order # but that is all.

I've never needed mine to pick up tickets just the ordernumber and my ID.
