They mimed apart from final chorus. The contestants mimed. When they asked two of them questions they answered through thier switched off mikes!!

And as for lip syncing.... standard for many TV performances, big whoop. It's X Factor for f**ks sake.

KISS fans make these exact kinds of posts when they also do TV appearances that are "mimed." Plenty of bad TV appearances. An extensive resume of awesome career performances outweighs them.

I don't doubt it sucked. I just know it's not definitive.
