If not, when will I be able to buy seating/standing tickets for Dublin and Munich?

Munich you could buy through the fanclub, not sure about general sale.

yes, just Golden and just for the fanclub.

Munich is already on sale for example at www.eventim.de and www.muenchenticket.de.

Matt has confirmed that there will be a golden circle but it won't just be for fc members

Yes, at Hyde Park. Maybe some VIPs or something get also into it. Livenation said to some people from here that the GC is just for the fanclub and not on generel sale.
