I like it, but it's not radio friendly enough.

Apart from the poor cd sales, touring wise bj doent seem to have any problem in north america. i follow the band closely and there hasnt been one show in us that sold poorly, unlike in europe, through the stadium lh tour.
bj always knew that they are a worldwide band, they show interest in japan-europe-australia and s.america from the beggining of their career, very few contemporary acts were smart enough to focus in certain-more prolific and accessible marketss, and that really paid off for them during the grunge period in us, obviously bj are overexposed- the audience and tha band need a break but i dont think they add new countries because they couldnt play arenas in dallas-miami-la-texas-nashville one more time.
the japan shows will be sold out, around 90.000 people will attend, this can be seen as a failure only by michael jackson's standards in japan...i realise that they may were more popular in the past but obviously the band hasnt focused in that market the recent years, and after the break and with some promo i m sure they d be able to play 4-5 domes like they did the past tours, the program and not the dicline of their popularity is to blame for the less dates in my opinion and having fewer dates may help the interest in the next visit. who knew for sure some years back that bj were still that popular in australia? they ve done a small tour with lost highway and now multiple stadiums, i consider the same will happen after some years with south america by the way were there was more demand in many countries

sometimes it is not because we write down things that it becomes true
IMO this is opinion like you post opinion ....they don't sell better in the usa than what you call the poor sale in europe ...

I do follow the band closely too .... what I say is my opinion though ...I see the GH selling like a GH ... it's not awful but it's not outstanding but I don't care I don't need the band to be outstanding popularity wise

But it's an instantly likeable song - the total opposite of WDYG, for example.

Not a bad spot on the US chart considering all the new releases. Man, I still can't believe Kanye can move over 500K in cds. I also thought that MCR would debut higher and KL's follow up effort isn't selling that well either.

I LOVE MCR I saw them on promo here and I loved it ... I bought the cd and it's brilliant
I think they didnt focus much on many promotion so many MCR fans don't even know they have a cd out now ...

very subjective remark ... total opposite musically or genre maybe but you cannot decide what is the total opposite of the song 'attraction level'.... being likable or not it is matter of taste ONLY
