Blacklisted?
 

Hey, any member of the Backstage site here?
I have always been login without problems but now each time I try to login
it says that I have been blacklisted.
Anyone has got the same problem?
What does blacklisted mean?
What should I do?

Sounds like you've been banned for some reason. It may be a glitch or some technical problem, try again in a couple of hours. I just logged and had no problems.

One friend of mine has got the same problem.
Do you know what is happening?

Looks like it's some technical problem then, I would wait a couple of hours or try again tomorrow. I'm sure it's nothing. But if you still can't log after a couple of days, I would contact their support team so they can tell you what the problem is.

I contacted the support but I don't know when they will answer me;
I'm worried because I need the site as soon as possible
