I think (and hope) Thorn In My Side will make an appearance at one of these shows. I hope it's special for you guys too, as quite a few Jovitalkers (is that the demonym?) will be there.

As always when I'm attending I'll be live Tweeting the setlist:

I'm expecting Night One to be on the vanilla side, maybe with a surprise.

The weather still looks good, so I'll be there. I hope Jon remembers that they charged twice as much for tickets to the MSG shows. A few treats would be in order.

DC will be back :)

Soooo agree with you. I have floor seats and they aren't great and they were still $330 each!! I do think that night 1 will be fairly standard but we shall see...no matter what I dig the Garden!!

Actually it looks better than it did a few days ago. Whew.....And yes- I'm not expecting too much on night 1 so I could be pleasantly surprised very easily :D

I was originally shooting for Hey God. How delusional am I? After seeing the setlist for last night I've had no choice but to lower the bar.

Now I only humbly ask they don't open with BOB and that Richie doesn't sing LYHOM. (which I think he will anyway).

Wish I was going the second night, but decided to go to Nassau Coliseum in May instead.

Whatever happens, I'm going to have a good time:D

And that's exactly how I approach most shows. I made the decision to go - I paid the money and I like most of the band's songs. Do I wish I didn't have to hear some of them so many times? Sure. But it usually winds up being a good show in any case. I don't think I've seen a BAD show at MSG (though there is always a first time LOL) so I plan to go and enjoy it.

If I get a rarity I will be delighted.
