Bucharest gets a Diamond Circle

I don't know if people from here are going to Bucharest but I just read that the local promoter in Bucharest decided today or the other day to make a Diamond Circle in front of the Golden Circle. Nothing is said yet by the fanclub if there will be a chance to upgrade for the people who bought GC thinking they would be up front. People are already going mad about this decision of the promoter.

Phew, that's good news! :D

I don't know the language but it seems that DC tickets go on sale tomorow morning

Referitor la reactiile aparute in urma comunicatului de presa, emis cu privire la infiintarea categoriei Diamond Circle la Bon Jovi, sunt in masura sa facem urmatoarele precizari :

Declaratia Denisei Sandulescu, General Manager D&D East Entertainment

My Romanian ain't good enough to get all of this either, and my best friend is not online but on the facebook page of eventim.ro they posted in English that there will be no DC in Bucharest, all tickets front of stage will be GC. :D They're being very friendly to the fans there. Apparently some sponsor retired from the show and now they have 700 leftover tickets and are going to enlarge the GC area. But at least that means you can still get up front if there early enough. :)

Now fans are worrying if Richie will be there or not and asking for refunds in case he won't be there...let's see if they give some sort of answer to that too, though I really doubt it. I as Richie fan would be very sad if he wouldn't be there but his health is the most important thing right now, so I'd rather see him take the take time he needs to really get better even if it means going to a show without him.

Someone translated it. The DC is cancelled. They sell 700 more GC-tickets instead. The more than 100 posts on the Eventim.ro facebook homepages helped as it seems.

There won't be a refund. As long as the concert will happen there is no chance of a refund. That's law. In USA there aren't refunds either. Even not the fanclub offers it.

Actually I won't go to a show without him.

No it's not. The law actually dictates that given party (Bon Jovi, as in the four official members) should be present during the show. If one of them is not present the costumer should be able to get a refund as the given party is not able to live up to it's promise. Just because Bon Jovi is shoving a show down people's throats and ignore the law doesn't mean that if people would fight it they'd lose. Bon Jovi just knows that no one will actually fight this because it'd cost them more money than it'd give them. It'd only work if 50.000 people at the same time would demand a refund and hire the same lawyer etc.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Not sure the legal system would see it the same way. Even you felt the need to clarify "bon Jovi,as in the four official members". Legally Bon Jovi is Jon BonJovi, even if people have different feelings on the subject.

Just as a play with a famous actor in it if for some reason they don't perform in the show you see, there are no refunds.

As a side note Phil has been doing an amazing job. People should have been looking for refunds when Richie was so loaded on stage he was missing solo's and screwing up.

DevilsSon 05-20-2011 08:40 AM

all they say is that they extended the GC area by 700 tickets (which were supposed to be DC). GC was sold out, so now there are additional 700 tickets.

Edit: Oops, someone translated already. Sorry!
